This programme is about obtaining the activity data in the first place, specifically from suppliers, which is the step that stops most Scope 3 work. Send procurement. Most organisations send only the sustainability team, and that is why their supplier data programmes stall, because the people with supplier relationships, contract leverage and onboarding processes are not in the room.
