Presentation Skills and Public Speaking

A one-day programme for anyone who has to stand up and be understood: pitching to a client, briefing a board, presenting findings, or running a townhall. Most workplace presentations fail for structural reasons rather than nerves. The speaker knows the material too well, buries the point on slide nineteen, and reads the deck aloud.

The day alternates between short input and repeated practice. Participants present twice, are filmed once, and rebuild their material after feedback. They work on a real presentation they have to give, so what they leave with is usable rather than an exercise.
