Leaders are being asked to make decisions about AI on the basis of vendor demonstrations and press coverage, neither of which distinguishes a durable business case from an expensive pilot. This session is about developing that judgment.
The day is practical rather than technical. It covers what these systems genuinely do well, how to size a business case, what implementation actually costs including the parts vendors leave out, and the governance and risk position a board is expected to hold. Participants assess real candidate use cases from their own organisation and leave with a prioritised roadmap.
