Leadership for Ethical Organisations
Leading with Integrity and Accountability
An executive-level programme on leading with integrity. Senior leaders shape culture more than any policy - this course builds the mindset and habits of ethical leadership: setting the tone from the top, holding accountability, and making sound decisions under pressure.
The programme addresses the gap between an organisation's stated values and the decisions its managers actually make under pressure, which is where ethical failure usually originates. Participants work through the conditions that produce misconduct in otherwise decent organisations, including incentive design, target pressure, diffusion of responsibility and the normalisation of small deviations. The practical half covers speaking up and receiving bad news, ethical decision frameworks that hold under commercial pressure, and the leadership behaviours that determine whether people believe the stated position. It suits senior management and those being developed into it.
