CI/CD & DevOps Culture
DevOps is as much culture as tooling. This course covers pipeline design and Git workflows, but also the automation mindset and the metrics and feedback loops that make faster, safer delivery stick. Suitable for developers, QA and the managers who enable them.
The technical half of this course covers building a pipeline: source control workflow, automated build, test stages, artefact management and deployment strategies including blue-green and canary releases. The cultural half covers why pipelines fail to deliver in organisations that install the tooling without changing how teams work, which is the more common failure. Participants examine handoffs, shared ownership of production, blameless incident review and the metrics that actually indicate delivery health. It suits development, operations and QA staff together, and works best when an organisation sends people from more than one of those functions to the same session.
