Google Workspace Essentials
A one-day orientation for teams running on Google Workspace day to day without ever having been shown how the pieces are meant to fit together. The most common and most expensive mistake is in Drive sharing: a link shared with the wrong permission scope, or a folder shared more broadly than intended, and neither mistake announces itself until something has already gone wrong.
The day works through the tools in the order a normal workday actually uses them: Drive structure and sharing, real-time collaboration in Docs, Sheets and Slides, a Gmail and Calendar routine that keeps a team organised, and Meet and Spaces for day-to-day communication. Google Sheets gets its own deeper course, Google Sheets, for teams that need more than this orientation covers.
