ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Awareness

Implementing an Effective Anti-Bribery Management System

An awareness programme on ISO 37001, the international Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) standard. Understand the requirements, the governance and controls the standard expects, how it supports Section 17A adequate procedures, and a practical roadmap to implementation and certification readiness.

This is an awareness-level introduction to the anti-bribery management system standard, aimed at organisations deciding whether to certify and at staff who will operate the system once they do. Participants work through the clause structure, bribery risk assessment, due diligence on associates and counterparties, financial and non-financial controls, the reporting channel, and the compliance function's independence, which is the requirement organisations most often fail to meet in practice. The relationship with a section 17A adequate procedures defence and with an existing OACP is covered directly, since certification is often pursued to strengthen both.

ISO 37001 awareness does not have to be delivered in a classroom. This module also runs on our LMS and e-learning platform, where staff complete it online at their own pace on any device, sit a knowledge assessment, and receive a verifiable certificate on completion. HR receives completion and score reports broken down by department, which gives you a documented staff awareness record to put in front of the certification auditor. HRD Corp SBL-Khas claimable.
