No-Code Automation for Business Efficiency
A one-day hands-on programme on automating repetitive work using tools that require no programming. Most offices carry a quantity of manual copying between systems that nobody has ever costed: re-keying form responses, chasing approvals by email, assembling the same report every Monday. Much of it can be automated by the people doing it.
Participants automate a real process from their own work during the session. The day also covers the part that gets skipped, which is governance: who owns an automation when its builder leaves, what happens when it fails silently, and where automating a process crosses into handling personal data that the PDPA governs.

Identifying What to Automate
A simple audit framework to map your workflows and decide which tasks are genuinely worth automating first.
4:10 PM - 4:45 PM
Working Automation Build. Each participant builds, tests, and runs a working automation that solves a real task from their own work context. Key Outcomes:
Build working automations without any coding knowledge Automate routine tasks in Microsoft 365 and connected tools Reduce manual effort in repetitive administrative processes Connect different business applications to share data automatically Design error-tolerant workflows that run reliably Apply a structured approach to identifying automation opportunities
4:45 PM - 5:00 PM
Wrap-Up and Q&A
Key takeaways, next steps, and close.
Key Outcomes
- Identify and cost the repetitive processes worth automating first
- Map a process precisely enough to automate it rather than encode its confusion
- Build a working automation connecting tools your organisation already uses
- Add error handling and notification so a silent failure does not go unnoticed
- Apply governance: ownership, documentation, access and change control
- Recognise when an automation touches personal data and what the PDPA requires
