People Management and Team Leadership
A two-day programme for managers who are past the first year and now carry a team rather than a handful of tasks. The work at this level is less about personal technique and more about the system a manager creates: who is hired, how work is distributed, what gets recognised, how conflict is handled, and whether people believe the standards apply evenly.
Day one covers building the team, from hiring and onboarding through team dynamics, delegation and motivation. Day two covers keeping it working: conflict, difficult behaviour, coaching, performance management and leading through change. Each module is paired with practice on the participants' own live team situations rather than case studies.
