Coverage concentrates on what a smaller organisation can realistically do first: understanding which requirements actually apply, collecting the handful of data points customers and banks ask for, basic emissions accounting, and responding to a supplier ESG questionnaire without overcommitting. The session is explicit about sequencing, so effort goes to the disclosures being demanded rather than to a full programme nobody has asked for yet.
