OneNote for Teams

A one-day programme for teams whose notes are currently scattered across personal notebooks, chat messages and the backs of notebooks that never get typed up. OneNote's value is structural: a shared notebook with a clear section and page hierarchy becomes the team's institutional memory instead of depending on whoever happened to be in the meeting and bothered to write it down.

The day covers setting up a notebook structure that will still make sense in a year, tagging and searching to find anything quickly, and sharing a notebook so the team co-authors it live rather than emailing notes around. A specific module on meeting notes covers tagging actions so they do not get lost the moment the meeting ends.
