Safe Use of AI at Work
AI tools are already in your workplace, whether or not your organisation has a policy for them. Staff are using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and dozens of other tools to get work done faster. Most of them have no idea what happens to the information they type in. This 1-day programme closes that gap.
The course is aimed at all staff rather than at technical teams, and its purpose is to make informal AI use safe rather than to prohibit it, since prohibition mostly drives it underground. Practical rules are agreed in the session rather than handed down, covering what may and may not be pasted into a consumer tool, disclosure expectations, and verification before anything goes to a customer or regulator.
Participants leave understanding how AI tools handle their data, what must never go into an AI prompt, how to spot AI-powered fraud targeting their organisation, and how to use these tools responsibly within a clear policy framework.
