Word Essentials
A one-day programme for staff who produce contracts, reports, letters and proposals in Word every week but have never been taught the features that make that work fast and consistent. Most Word problems are not Word's fault: formatting fights because styles were never used, a document nobody can navigate because headings were never applied properly, and version confusion because track changes was switched off.
The day works through real business documents rather than a feature tour. Participants fix a messily formatted document using styles and templates, run a review cycle using track changes and comments, build a mail merge for bulk letters or certificates, and restructure a long document using headings and the navigation pane. A short closing module points to the existing Microsoft 365 Productivity & Copilot course for teams who want to go further with AI-assisted drafting in Word.
