Time Management and Productivity

A one-day programme for people whose calendar is full and whose important work is not getting done. Time management training usually fails because it hands out a system that assumes control the participant does not have. Most people cannot decline the meeting, cannot ignore the message, and cannot choose their own priorities outright.

This session works within those constraints. It covers prioritisation you can defend to a manager, planning that survives an interrupted day, negotiating scope rather than declining outright, and the meeting and messaging habits that consume the most time for the least return. Participants audit their own last two weeks and rebuild a working pattern from what they find.
