MS Excel Essential for Professionals
This 1-day practical programme equips professionals with essential Excel skills from beginner to intermediate level. Learn to manage, analyse, and present data confidently with real-world hands-on exercises.
The programme assumes no formal Excel training and starts from the interface, which means people who have used Excel for years without ever being taught it are usually the biggest gainers. Coverage runs from navigation, formatting and cell referencing through the formula families that matter most in office work: SUM and its conditional variants, IF logic, date handling, text functions and lookups. The afternoon covers sorting, filtering, tables, basic PivotTables and charts that read correctly. Participants also learn the housekeeping that prevents the most common workplace errors, including absolute versus relative references, freezing panes, and why a spreadsheet with merged cells causes trouble later. Participants finish with a working reference file of their own.
