A practical programme on using generative AI to work faster and better in governance and compliance - drafting policies and documentation, supporting risk assessments, and preparing compliance reports - while managing data protection, accuracy and AI governance risks.

This is the compliance-facing AI course, distinct from the AI Governance and Ethics programme which is broader. It is written for risk, compliance, audit and legal staff who now have to form a position on AI use inside the organisation. Participants work through what AI governance requires in practice, including acceptable use policy, approval routes for new tools, vendor assessment, human oversight and the record keeping that lets a decision be reconstructed. Malaysian context runs throughout, covering PDPA obligations where AI processes personal data, sector guidance for financial institutions, and the national AI governance guidelines.
