Claude for Business
A one-day hands-on programme for teams who want to move past occasional Claude use into an organised daily workflow. Claude's particular strength is working with long, structured material: a full contract, a stack of reports, or several documents compared side by side, and producing a long, structured output such as a draft policy or a first-pass analysis rather than a short answer. Most new users have not used Projects or Artifacts, and have not looked at what a Claude for Enterprise or Team plan controls on data handling.
The day works through real documents and real outputs. Participants set up a Project with persistent context for a recurring task, use Artifacts to generate and iterate on a document or a piece of structured output in a side panel rather than buried in chat history, and run a long-document comparison exercise. The closing module covers using Claude safely with confidential or regulated material, and what the Enterprise and Team data controls actually mean in practice.

Break
3:30 PM - 4:15 PM
Prompting for Long, Structured Output and Safe Use
Specifying structure, length and audience up front, iterating in follow-up turns rather than restating everything, and what confidential or regulated material needs before it goes into any AI tool.
4:15 PM - 4:45 PM
Applied Practice
Participants bring one long document from their own work, build a Project around it, and use Artifacts to produce a first-pass structured output.
4:45 PM - 5:00 PM
