Generative AI for Work
Generative AI is changing how work gets done, and professionals who know how to use it well are getting more done in less time. This 1-day hands-on programme teaches business professionals how to use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other generative AI tools effectively for real work tasks: writing, research, analysis, summarising, and automating the repetitive parts of their job.
The session is hands-on throughout and works with the tools participants already have access to, on tasks from their own job rather than on generic exercises. The session covers prompting technique, working from your own documents rather than the model's general memory, and the verification discipline that keeps a plausible wrong answer out of a document with your name on it. Participants build a small set of reusable prompts for their own recurring tasks.
No technical background required. Participants leave with practical skills they can apply on Monday morning, plus a clear sense of where AI helps most and where to be cautious.
