CyberSafe for Schools: Internet Safety & Digital Awareness

This awareness programme is designed for secondary and primary school students, teachers, and parents. It covers online safety, responsible digital behaviour, recognising cyber threats, and understanding the consequences of cybercrime in plain, age-appropriate language. Delivered as interactive workshops adaptable to school assembly sessions, classroom format, or parent-teacher events.

The programme is designed for delivery in Malaysian schools and adapts to the audience, with separate framings for students, teachers and parents. Content covers online safety fundamentals, privacy and what oversharing actually exposes, recognising scams and manipulation, cyberbullying and how to report it, and screen habits. For teachers and administrators the session extends into the institution's own obligations, including student personal data under the PDPA, incident handling, and what a school should have in place before a problem arises rather than after. Delivery is interactive and scenario-led rather than lecture-based.
