AI for Marketing & Content Creation

Marketing teams were the first to adopt generative AI and the first to discover it produces bland, generic work by default. This programme is about the difference: building prompt workflows that hold your brand voice, and knowing where a human still has to sign off.

The programme is aimed at marketing and communications staff and covers AI across the content workflow rather than as a single drafting tool. Participants work through ideation and campaign planning, drafting and iterating copy for different channels, image generation and its practical limits, and repurposing one asset across formats. The craft half covers prompting for brand voice consistency, which is where most AI marketing output fails, and editing to remove the tells that make content read as machine-generated. Disclosure, copyright and the PDPA position on customer data in prompts are covered as working constraints.

Programme Modules

01

AI in the Marketing Workflow

Where generative AI genuinely saves time and where it quietly costs more in editing than it saved in drafting. Choosing tasks worth automating.

02

AI Copywriting and Brand Voice

Briefing a model properly, feeding it brand guidelines and examples, and editing output so it stops sounding like everyone else's.

03

Image Generation

Generating and editing marketing visuals, iterating on a prompt, and the licensing and usage questions to settle before publishing.

04

Video and Audio Generation

AI video tools, voiceover, subtitling and translation. What is production-ready today and what still needs a human pass.

05

Prompt Workflows and Templates

Turning one good prompt into a reusable team asset. Building a prompt library so output quality does not depend on who is at the keyboard.

06

Ethics, Disclosure and Brand Safety

Disclosure expectations, factual verification, personal data in prompts and the reputational risk of publishing unchecked AI output.
