ESG Intermediate Training

A hands-on, two-day programme for teams that already understand ESG basics and now need to implement it. Work through materiality assessment, ESG data collection and KPIs, reporting methodology and international case studies to move from awareness to real, measurable ESG performance.

This sits between the Fundamentals and the specialist reporting courses, and is aimed at people who now have to implement rather than understand. Participants work through building an ESG programme: governance and accountability, materiality assessment in practice, data collection across functions that have never been asked for it, target setting that is defensible, and the reporting cycle. The session covers the operational reality that defeats most first attempts, which is that the data sits with people who have other jobs, and the controls and calendar that make collection repeatable rather than an annual scramble.
