What Environmental, Social and Governance means for an SME, why customers, banks and regulators now ask for it, and the commercial upside of getting it right. Common frameworks and terminology explained in plain language.

2. ESG Assessment

A structured review of where your business stands today across the E, S and G pillars - a materiality and gap assessment that identifies the issues that matter most to your industry and stakeholders.

3. ESG Implementation

Turning the assessment into action - practical policies, data collection, KPIs and quick wins your team can put in place, including the basics of greenhouse gas (carbon) accounting aligned to ISO 14064.

4. ESG Reporting

How to compile everything into a professional Sustainability Report you can share with customers, banks and partners, and the reporting frameworks (such as GRI and Bursa Malaysia guidance) to align with.
