Build an anti-corruption and integrity system that holds up under scrutiny. We assess your exposure, build your framework, and prepare you for independent MS ISO 37001:2025 certification. Training is one part of the system, not the whole answer.
Under Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009, a company is corporately liable when an employee commits corruption. The only defence is proving adequate procedures were genuinely in place. A one-day course is not a defence. A documented, risk-assessed, audited integrity system is.
Orbix builds that system with you. We work with GLCs, public-listed companies, statutory bodies and established private organisations to move from awareness to a defensible governance framework, aligned to the Guidelines on Adequate Procedures and MS ISO 37001:2025.
We start by finding out where you actually stand. A gap assessment maps your corruption risk, your existing controls, and the gaps that would fail an adequate-procedures test. You get a clear gap-analysis report and a prioritised roadmap, not a generic checklist.
We build the framework: corruption risk register, Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan, policies and SOPs, whistleblowing mechanism, and the full MS ISO 37001:2025 anti-bribery management system. Staff training and executive briefings run alongside the build, so your people understand the system they now operate inside.
A framework only protects you if it stays live. We run internal audits, management reviews and improvement cycles, and prepare you for assessment by an independent accredited certification body. We do not issue certificates ourselves, which keeps the process impartial and your certification valid.

We work with organisations that carry real corporate liability exposure: government-linked companies, public-listed companies, statutory bodies, and established private firms in regulated or procurement-heavy sectors. If your board has asked "are we covered under Section 17A", this is built for you.
