A managed learning management system for Malaysian organisations. Staff complete self-paced awareness modules on any device, sit a knowledge assessment, and receive a certificate on completion. We run the platform. Your HR team does not have to administer it.
HRD Corp SBL-Khas Claimable
Four steps. Progress tracked, reports to management, certificates issued.
You email a spreadsheet. We create every account, group people by department, and send out the logins. There is nothing for your IT team to install and nothing for HR to configure.
Set up your organisation
We handle this step for you. Nothing to configure.
ProgrammeThey log in from a desktop or a phone and work through the module when it suits them. No classroom booking, no scheduling, no pulling a shift off the floor for a day. Anyone who falls behind is chased automatically.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Awareness
Lesson 3 of 5 · English
A short quiz closes every module. Pass it and the certificate is issued on the spot, carrying a unique reference that anyone can check against our public register. An auditor can confirm it without going through you.

Run our modules, bring content you already have, or fold the e-learning into a wider awareness campaign. The assessments, certificates, and reporting work the same way in all three cases.
Option 1
Our course library
Pick from ready-built awareness modules covering anti-bribery, AML/CFT, PDPA, cybersecurity, and AI. Written for general staff rather than specialists, and grounded in Malaysian law and Malaysian workplace scenarios.
Option 2
Your content, our platform
Already have material, or a training provider or learning institution you work with? Bring it. We host it, deliver it, run the assessment, issue the certificates, and report on completion. The content stays yours.
Option 3
Part of a wider campaign
E-learning rarely works on its own. Tie modules to phishing simulations, an internal awareness campaign, or a classroom session, so the training reinforces something staff actually encounter.
Looking for a topic that is not in the library? Tell us what you need staff trained on and we will tell you honestly whether we have it, whether we can source it, or whether you are better off elsewhere.
Choose how long you want the programme to run. All options include the same monthly module, assessment, and reporting structure.
Quarterly
3 modules
A focused starter programme. One module per month over three months. Good for introducing a topic to staff before committing to a longer cycle.
Bi-Annual
6 modules
Six months of structured compliance learning. Covers the core topic areas in a manageable half-year cycle. Suited to annual audit requirements.
Annual
12 modules
The full programme. One module every month across a full year. Deepest coverage, best value, and the strongest compliance documentation trail.
Open Access
12 modules, unlocked
All 12 modules are unlocked on day one. Staff complete them in any order, at any pace, within 12 months. One consolidated report and certificate at the end.
Everything below is included. There are no separate modules to license and nothing for your IT team to install.
User accounts set up for you
Send us the staff list. We provision every account, group users by department, and send out logins. Programmes have run well past a thousand users.
Self-paced modules on any device
Staff log in from a desktop, laptop, or phone and work through the module at their own pace. No installation, no app, no scheduled classroom time.
Knowledge assessments
A quiz follows each module. Scores are recorded against the individual and roll up into the department report. Baseline and retention assessments are available for longer programmes.
Certificates on completion
Issued automatically to every participant who completes a module and passes the assessment. Each certificate carries a unique reference and is publicly verifiable.
Downloadable learning notes
Reference material for every module, so staff can revisit the key points later without rewatching the lesson.
Department-level reporting
Who completed, who did not, and assessment scores broken down by department. Exportable for management review, internal audit, and regulator requests.
Automated reminders
Staff who have not completed their module are chased automatically. HR does not have to send follow-up emails.
Hosted in Malaysia
The platform runs on cloud infrastructure located in Malaysia, which keeps staff training records in-country and supports PDPA data residency expectations.
English and Bahasa Malaysia
Core awareness modules are delivered in both languages. Staff pick their language at the start of each module.
Dedicated programme coordinator
One named point of contact at OrbixTech who runs the programme end to end, from account setup through to the final management report.
Most e-learning certificates are a PDF that anyone could edit. Ours carry a unique reference number and can be checked against our public register, so an auditor, a regulator, or a client running due diligence can confirm the certificate is genuine without going through you. That matters when you are evidencing anti-bribery or AML training under a corporate liability obligation, where the training record is the defence.
Each module runs self-paced with a knowledge assessment and a certificate on completion. Modules can be run individually or bundled into a longer programme.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Awareness
Staff-level awareness on Malaysia's anti-corruption laws, bribery risks, and ethical decision-making. Built to evidence corporate integrity obligations under the MACC Act and the Section 17A corporate liability provision.
AML/CFT Awareness for Staff
Anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism awareness for staff in regulated sectors, covering obligations under AMLA 2001 and what an employee is expected to spot and escalate.
ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Awareness
Awareness training aligned to the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system standard. For organisations pursuing or maintaining certification who need a documented staff awareness component.
PDPA Awareness for Staff
Practical PDPA compliance training covering all 7 principles, data breach response, and individual rights. Updated for the 2024 Amendment and the 2026 JPDP Guidelines.
Cybersecurity Awareness for Staff
Monthly e-learning paired with phishing simulation campaigns. Staff who fail a simulation are automatically redirected into a remedial module on the LMS.
Phishing & Social Engineering
Focused module on recognising phishing attempts, spoofed senders, and social engineering tactics. Scenario-driven, with no technical background needed.
Safe Use of AI at Work
Helps staff use AI tools responsibly and recognise the risks when AI is used without oversight, including what should never be pasted into a public AI platform.
Corporate Governance & Integrity
Governance, ethics, and conflict of interest awareness for staff and managers. Often paired with the anti-bribery module as part of an integrity programme.
The full catalogue, including ESG, fraud risk, Excel, and Power BI, is listed under all training programmes.
A typical 12-month cycle. Shorter programmes of 3 or 6 months follow the same pattern.
Every module includes a short quiz. HR receives a completion report each month.
OrbixTech is an HRD Corp registered training provider. E-learning programmes are quoted as two components, because the two are treated differently under the scheme.
| Component | What it covers | SBL-Khas |
|---|---|---|
| Training content | E-learning modules, knowledge assessments, quizzes, and certification. | Claimable |
| Platform & administration | LMS hosting, user provisioning, phishing simulation delivery where applicable, reporting, and programme coordination. | Not claimable |
The training content component can be claimed monthly against your levy account as each module completes. You submit the grant application through the eTRiS portal and we provide every document needed to support it. Pricing depends on user count and programme length, so quotations are issued per organisation.
Does OrbixTech provide an LMS for corporate awareness training?
Yes. We provide a managed learning management system hosted on cloud infrastructure in Malaysia. We set up the accounts, load the modules, run the assessments, issue the certificates, and send the reports to HR. Your team does not administer the platform.
Do you have e-learning for anti-bribery and anti-money laundering?
Yes. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Awareness, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Awareness, and AML/CFT Awareness all run as self-paced e-learning modules on the LMS, each with a knowledge assessment and a certificate on completion. All are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Do staff receive a certificate after completing a module?
Yes. Every participant who completes a module and passes the assessment receives a certificate of completion. Each certificate carries a unique reference and can be verified publicly at orbixtech.my, so auditors and regulators can confirm it independently.
Is the e-learning HRD Corp claimable?
The training content component is claimable under the HRD Corp SBL-Khas scheme. We are a registered training provider and supply all the documentation needed to support your eTRiS claim. Platform hosting and administration are quoted as a separate non-claimable component.
How many users can the LMS support?
Programmes have run from small teams up to organisations of well over a thousand users. Accounts are provisioned in bulk from the staff list you provide and can be grouped by department so reporting reflects your org structure.
Can we run content from another provider on your LMS?
Yes. You can run our course library, upload material your organisation already owns, or bring content from a training provider or learning institution you already work with. We host it, deliver it, run the assessment, issue the certificates, and report on completion. The content stays yours.
Where is the platform hosted?
On cloud infrastructure located in Malaysia. Staff training records stay in the country, which supports PDPA data residency expectations and tends to matter to regulated organisations.
Are modules available in Bahasa Malaysia?
Core awareness modules are delivered in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Staff choose their language at the start of each module.
Send us the topic, the number of users, and the timeline. We will come back with a quotation showing the claimable and non-claimable split, so you can take it straight to management.
